Terms of Service

These terms describe how Delonghi handles website inquiries, sample discussions, quotation support and private-label appliance sourcing communication. They do not replace a signed supply agreement, purchase contract, non-disclosure agreement or product-specific quality agreement. When a written contract is signed, that document controls the commercial obligations for price, delivery, inspection, warranty and dispute handling.

Inquiry and quotation use

Information submitted through this website is used to understand your appliance category, target market, expected order volume, certification route and packaging needs. A reply from Delonghi is an initial sourcing response and should not be treated as a final binding offer unless the quotation explicitly states validity, quantity, incoterm, payment terms and product specification. Product availability, cost and lead time can change after sample review or market documentation checks.

Product information

Website content is written for B2B sourcing orientation. Product names, category descriptions and example launch scenarios are intended to help buyers prepare useful briefs. Final specifications, certifications, packaging artwork, manuals and testing documents must be confirmed for the actual SKU and destination market before purchase order release. Delonghi does not authorize unsupported claims, unverified energy statements or medical claims for ordinary home appliances.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate market requirements, brand artwork, local legal restrictions, labeling rules, forecast quantities and channel constraints. If your marketplace, retail account or distributor imposes carton, barcode, language, warning-label or certification rules, those requirements should be shared early. Missing information may affect quote accuracy, sample timing and production feasibility.

Limitation

Delonghi aims to provide practical sourcing guidance, but website use does not create an exclusive distribution right, guaranteed territory, guaranteed certification outcome or lifetime product warranty. Any after-sales service scope must be agreed in writing with the relevant product family, spare-part plan and market responsibility clearly stated.
